As employer of record, Pacific Crossing’s Payrolling and Administration division will administer payroll and benefits, assume all taxes, and conduct extensive pre-employment screening on all contingent workers transferred into the program. We’ll even include your contractors on our master insurance policies for workers’ compensation, errors and omissions, crime and employer practice liability.
